This annual event provides an opportunity for Chamber members and others in the business community to showcase their products and services, and network.
The event is held end of February/early March at The Aud Building, Norfolk County Fairgrounds, Simcoe.

and Simcoe ReformerSpringarama 2010 is scheduled to be held at The Aud Building, Norfolk County Fairgrounds in Simcoe Ontario on March 5th, March 6th and March 7th, 2010. This show offers you an opportunity to display your products or services, as well as sell directly to the public. The Aud Building is 15,000 square feet, well lit, and easily accessible for moving exhibits in and out.
Show runs three days:
- Friday March 5th - 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday March 6th - 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday March 7th - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Displays may be set up on Thursday March 4th (assigned times) or Friday March 5th. Security will be supplied for Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Displays are to be removed from the building on Sunday evening or no later than 12:00 noon on Monday.
- Electrical drops can be supplied to displays that require electricity - advise with booking.
- Curtains will be provided for backdrop effect. One undressed table for every 10' x 10' booth will be provided if required - please advise with booking. If you wish to have your table dressed at a cost of $25.00 per table or if you wish your booth area carpeted at a cost of $65.00 per booth space - please indicate at the time of booking.
- All vendors have the privilege of selling their products, and we also encourage free draws at your display.
- Insurance - A Certificate of Insurance (see Exhibit Space Application Form) is required.
