Bill 47: Making Ontario Open for Business Act, 2018

Last year, Bill 148 brought about a number of changes to the Employment Standards Act, 2000. Last month, many of those changes were recinded or changed with the passing of Bill 47, including freezes to minimum wage, reversal of equal pay for equal work and changes to the Personal Emergency Leave. Attend our session to learn what has changed, what is staying the same and what is being reversed.
