The Simcoe and District Chamber of Commerce spans both Norfolk and Haldimand Counties, covering a significant amount of south-western Ontario, along the northern shore of Lake Erie.

Norfolk County is a one-tier municipality of just over 61,000 people made up of the former Townships of Norfolk and Delhi, the Town of Simcoe and part of the former City of Nanticoke.

Haldimand County is a one-tier municipality of approximately 43,000 people made up of the former Towns of Dunnville and Haldimand and part of the former City of Nanticoke.
